Garrison Enterprise, Inc. has proudly been serving the Eastern Seaboard as the leading company in Underground Utility Services since the early 1960’s. Founding principals Elbert Basolis Sr. & Robert Tobolski Sr. created the company that now has four generations of management and field experience in water, wastewater and industrial applications. Their sons Elbert Basolis, Bob Tobolski and Tom Tobolski are leading the industry with over 100 years of combined experience while continuing Garrison’s legacy of excellence and innovation.

Garrison Enterprise believes that the ultimate goal of each project is for that project to be mutually beneficial to all parties involved. We rely on several management and field personnel attributes to meet our responsibilities on a project. They are: detailed cost control, field reporting, scheduling the right equipment and materials. Most importantly, Garrison provides top quality people with strong utility construction experience.

Personnel

Our management staff includes graduate engineers and seasoned project managers. Collectively, our personnel have extensive experience in water and wastewater treatment plants, pumping stations, and water and sewer line systems. Our field personnel are highly skilled craftsmen, equipment operators and supervisors who take great pride in their work.

Municipal

Garrison has proudly served many Municipalities across the United States. We specialize in line stopping, line tapping and insert valves routinely used in water and waste water pipeline application along with scheduled maintenance of systems. Either course of action is far less expensive than emergency shutdown.

Industrial

Line stopping, line tapping and valve insertions are performed on all types of process and plant piping for a variety of materials,including steam, water, oil, and waste lines. With Garrison Contract Services you can count on an efficient and timely job completion.

Garrison has a 24/7 emergency response system, just call in and access our emergency mailbox. We can respond to your emergency immediately. Garrison stocks line stop sleeves up to 24”, and Insert valves up to 16” for emergency situations.
